Albuquerque –

On December 27th, 2024, the Albuquerque Police Department observed a stolen car in the Northwest part of Albuquerque. Bernalillo County Sheriff Office Air Support was in the air and started following the Chrysler 300 with no hood around NW Albuquerque.

The stolen car drove around the city trying to evade police and ended up on the Tramway Blvd. corridor with officers setting up spike stripes along the potential path of the car. A successful spike occurred on the stolen vehicle near Tramway and Lomas and the suspect turned west onto Rover into the Crestview Heights neighborhood. This was a mistake for the cretin because it’s a dead end neighborhood. The suspect ditched the car in front of the Crestview Park and fled across the park to Robert Dale Dr. and Eastridge.

APD officers were able to capture the suspect after a short foot chase and they took him into custody. The relatively quiet neighborhood was a buzz with neighbors asking each-other what had happened due to all the police presence.

We will update this story when we found out more information about the lone suspect and which charges he faces.

      1. The above Alleged suspect is a 16-year-old minor. Who was in his 300 that was not stolen. He worked hard to purchase it on his own. The child Was in c y f d custody And kicked out of his foster home in july He was living on the streets because they told him he was unable to move back With his biological parents The miner was scared when he was being pulled over because c y f d had him as a missing child. Which he was not. So He ran in fear from the trigger happy police of albuquerque. Before anyone opens their mouth about a child who has had a rough past 5 years instead let’s focus on our corrupt cyfd system and it’s officials and judges this could have all been prevented if he was allowed to return home to his family who loves and cares for him very much may God be with you mijo

        1. Yes and yes to your comment as far as the part where he did not pull over remember this is a child we are talking about.. if you read the first comment again it explains why he didn’t pull over …once again he would not Be in this situation if CYFD and law officials would not have taken him out of a good home and broken up a good family. To put him in a foster home that kicked him to the streets Labelled him as a missing child and told him he could not return home to his Biological family because they would be Arrested for kidnapping The law would rather have a minor on The street then back With their family who was always Willing and able to take care of their loved one keep in mind this child has had trama since he was 7 years old loosing his father due to an intentional injury as a result of a car accident…I will comment further on this matter as soon as I consult with an attorney because I would like to take this matter to the highest officials and media possible please pray for a reunification of our entire family because there is so much more to this story

      1. Another thing worthy of consideration it the fact that since many of these cars already come with 20 inch rims, you can pick one up cheap at the BHPH lot and avoid having to take out a title loan for new ones.
