APD Detectives Investigate Death at Northeast Albuquerque Home

Albuquerque –

There is police activity at a residence in the 1100 block of Arizona St NE, which is located between Lomas Blvd and Marble Ave NE.

A neighbor called 911 this evening to request a welfare check at the listed location. Officers with the Albuquerque Police Department arrived at the home around 6:20 PM and located a man who was slashed to death inside the home.

APD homicide detectives and crime scene investigators have responded to the scene and are actively investigating.

This is the second homicide investigation in approximately 25 hours.
