Albuquerque –
On December 3rd, 2023, the Albuquerque Police Department responded to an unattended death in the parking lot of the BMO Bank at 5901 Menaul Blvd Northeast.

Officers and crime scene specialists were looking over the scene trying to piece together what the cause of death was. The person appeared to be an adult male in his late 40s with a red shirt. He appeared unkempt and homeless.
He was found dead on the westside of the parking lot near the drive thru of the bank.
