Albuquerque –
Just before 11:05 PM, an alleged stabbing occurred in the 8110 block of Marquette Ave. NE, near the intersection of Marquette Ave. NE and Texas St. NE. A person called 911, reported the stabbing, and they claimed that the offender had fled. The Albuquerque Police Department, Albuquerque Fire Rescue, and Albuquerque Ambulance Service (AAS) were dispatched to the scene.
When officers arrived, they found an individual with a leg wound that was purportedly bleeding heavily. Officers immediately provided life-saving measures, including applying a tourniquet. Additionally, AFR provided medical assistance. AAS transported the individual to the University of New Mexico Hospital; their exact condition is not known.
At the time of this publication, APD was actively working to locate the reported offender in this incident.

Instead of taking the fastest route, up Lomas to UNMH, AFR, took the vic up Central AVE? Why? Negligence?

There sure have been a lot of stabbings lately. Knives should definitely be regulated with a background check and a 5 day waiting period.
