Albuquerque –
At approximately 3:45 PM, the APD received a call regarding a house fire and shots being fired.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a battered victim.
APD is trying to get the subject to surrender via PA announcements.
At the time of this posting, Marble and Washington are closed.
We have a reporter at the scene gathering more information. We will update this post as we learn more.
