Albuquerque –
The United States Marshal Service and Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office are in the area of Juan Tabo and Copper attempting to arrest a barricaded suspect.
According to BCSO, it’s “SWAT team is currently in the area assisting the USMS with a barricaded subject. At this time, there is no known threat to the community, as the individual remains contained inside the residence.“
While on scene, we observed deputies arresting one woman and doing public announcements for a male to come out of a residence.
If we learn more information, we will update you.
Update:
In an update provided by BCSO, they stated “BCSO SWAT and associated personnel are clearing the scene on Copper Ave NE reference a wanted subject who refused to exit.
Ryan Davis, born in 1991 has felony warrants for shooting at/ from a motor vehicle, aggravated assault deadly weapon, child abuse & another for Aggravated assault HHM , aggravated burglary, kidnapping, etc. Warrants are from 2 separate incidents.
He has been safely taken into custody and the scene is secured and turned over to our criminal investigations division.”
