Albuquerque, NM – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice. The week of January 22, 2023, there are seven jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

· 26 Counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration in the First Degree (Results in Great Bodily Harm or Great Mental Anguish)
Based on NM Court records, it appears as though Duran’s trial has been rescheduled for May 2024, as the defense opposed the joining of the cases.
