Albuquerque, NM – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice. The week of January 29, 2024, there are four jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

Jerry Apodaca

Case Number: D-202-CR-202301528

· Armed Robbery (Firearm Enhancement)

· Aggravated Battery (Deadly Weapon) (Firearm Enhancement)

The trial for Jerry Apodaca is scheduled to commence on January 30, 2024, under the jurisdiction of Judge Loveless, who will preside over the proceedings.

Yuciel Perez

Yuciel Duquesne Perez

Case Number: D-202-CR-201900262

· 2 Counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree

· False Imprisonment

· Interference with Communications

· 2 Counts of Battery

Yuciel Perez’s trial is slated to begin on January 29th, 2024, with Judge Leos presiding over the trial.

Reginald Lamont Hall

Reginald Hall (Bench Trial)

Case Number: D-202-CR-2022-02013

· Kidnapping First Degree

· 2 Counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration in the First Degree

· Aggravated Battery (Deadly Weapon)

· 2 Counts of Aggravated Battery (Great Bodily Harm)

· 2 Counts of Tampering with Evidence

· Cruelty to Animals

· Arson 

· Battery

On January 30, 2024, the trial for Reginald Lamont Hall is set to begin, presided over by Judge Baca-Miller, who will supervise the proceedings.

Jessica Zarco

Case Number: D-202-CR-202301465

· Receiving or Transferring Stolen Motor Vehicles

Jessica Zarco’s trial is scheduled to commence on January 29, 2024, with Judge Weaks overseeing the proceedings.
