The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office remains committed to pursuing justice, and starting January 5, 2026, four new jury trials will commence in Bernalillo County.

Judge Jennifer J. Wernersbach will preside over the jury trial in State of New Mexico v. Sylvan T. Alcachupas (Case No. D-202-CR-2022-02067) on January 8th, 2026, at 9:00 AM, with the courtroom to be determined. This jury trial may be delayed to January 9, as Judge Jennifer J.
