- Tampering with Evidence (Highest Crime a Third, Fourth or Indeterminate Degree Felony)

State of New Mexico v. Jeremy Ray Sanchez

- Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member (Deadly Weapon)
- Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Great Bodily Harm or Death)
