We believe this foot belongs to Kaleb Michael Garza. If anyone sees this foot outside of MDC it is possible it has escaped the custody of its pictured orange “chancla”.

Kaleb Garza was recently charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. According to a criminal complaint, he is accused of stabbing a victim in a vehicle with a pocket knife. Garza claimed self defense as the two occupants were attacking him before he stabbed the victim.
