Albuquerque –

Early this morning, the Albuquerque FBI Field office conducted a raid on a house on the 9000 block Rio Galisteo Place NW on the westside of Albuquerque.

Neighbors said they heard loud sirens and the Albuquerque FBI announcing their presences before entering a home with an FBI SWAT team. They secured the house and started their investigation.

The below-freezing temperatures did NOT deter neighbors from taking the opportunity to walk their dogs by the recently raided home to get a peek at the feds being on scene.

While on scene, we noticed damage to the garage door and an outer-facing window while FBI agents processed evidence from the scene. The FBI did confirm they were conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity.

Neighbors in the area informed us that this is not the first time police have been at the residence.

We will update this story if we learn any more information.
