Downtown ABQ – Albuquerque Police were called to the Albuquerque Transit Center at 1st and Gold after reports of a shooting.
Officers were called out to the Albuquerque Rapid Transit complex just before midnight Friday night reference reports of a shooting. When police arrived they found one person who had been shot dead. The victim died on scene and was not transported to a hospital.
There is no word about any potential suspect.
APD’s violent crimes unit took over the investigation.
