No Debate About It, Deb Haaland Projected to Win Governor’s Race by Large Margin

New Mexico –

There was not much of a debate about who would win when the early results started coming in for the New Mexico Governor’s race between Democrat Deb Haaland and Republican Gregg Hull.

At the time of this post, Haaland has a commanding 12 point lead over Hull. It would take Hull winning the entirety of all southern counties in New Mexico by a wide margin to pull off any kind of upset.

Prominent Democrats have been celebrating Haaland’s victory on social media with many posts saying she is the first Native American elected governor in U.S. history.

We can only hope to have a better media invitation policy to events than we had with MLG’s office.
