Overnight Stabbing at SE Albuquerque Apartment Complex Leaves One Dead

Homicide detectives from the Albuquerque Police Department are investigating a stabbing death that occurred overnight at the Manzano Mesa apartments, located at 700 Eubank Blvd. SE.

Officers responded to the apartment complex at 3 AM after reports that someone had been stabbed. When officers arrived, they located a male who appeared beyond help. Upon Albuquerque Fire Rescue’s arrival, they pronounced the male deceased.

Authorities have released limited information, and it remains unclear whether anyone has been taken into custody or what may have led to the stabbing.

A local resident reported around 3:05 AM a significant police presence along Lomas, with multiple officers turning onto Eubank with lights activated and sirens blaring.
