Pedestrian Critically Injured in Crash in NE ABQ

Albuquerque –

Around 8:50 PM, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian accident near Carlisle and Menaul Blvd. NE. Emergency personnel from Albuquerque Fire’s Engine 13 and Rescue 13 were also sent.

Upon the arrival of officers and medical crews, the pedestrian was found to be in critical condition and promptly transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital.

Given the severity of the pedestrian’s injuries, APD’s Fatal Crash Team is investigating this incident.
