Albuquerque –

APD Officers from the Northeast Area Command are currently investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash that occurred at 3319 Carlisle Blvd, which is near Carlisle and Aztec.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital and is currently listed in critical condition.

Around 6:45 PM, a witness told us that APD had Carlisle blocked off at Comanche Rd and Candelaria Rd, and that a car was reportedly taped off inside of the perimeter.

At 7:00 PM, an email from sworn APD Officer Daren DeAguero said “the area is closed while the investigation is being completed.” Drivers are advised to avoid the area while this investigation is being conducted.

If we receive additional information about this crash, we will provide you with updates.
