Person Stabbed Near Expo NM

Albuquerque –

Around 9:55 PM, the Albuquerque Police Department was dispatched to a stabbing in the 130 block of Alcazar St NE. Albuquerque Fire Rescue’s Engine 5 and Medic 5 were also sent to the listed location.

Upon arrival, officers found an individual with an apparent stab wound. AFR was cleared to enter the scene at 10 PM, and rendered medical aid. The person stabbed was taken to a local area hospital by medical personnel. Their exact condition is not known.

It’s believed APD is searching for the offender that reportedly fled the scene.
