Around 10:00 AM, Deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash involving a Railrunner and vehicle at Osuna Rd NW.
Bernalillo County Fire Rescue is also on scene.
All of eastbound and westbound Osuna is closed between 2nd and Edith. BCSO is asking drivers to avoid the area. New Mexico State Police have taken over the investigation as it involves the Railrunner.
UPDATE:
We received an update from BCSO’s PIO Jayme Fuller-Gonzales, that said the New Mexico State Police are taking over the crash investigation, as the crash occurred on the tracks. We are assisting with traffic control.
All east and westbound Osuna are closed.
