    1. Why would you say that my son dresses like an Edgar and he’s the nicest kid you’ll ever meet? He’s in sports goes to school just because they wanna fit in and dress the current style Does it mean that they’re bad kids! He goes and offers to clean yards to make money because he’s 15 a lot of companies won’t hire under 16. God bless you for your rude comments!!! But that kid that was killed was someone’s child. I’m curious to know who he was because we live near the area.

  1. I’m in my 70’s. I’ve often thought back to some of the things my friends and I did when we were young, and thought “Man, we were dumb.” But guess what…we were never THIS dumb. This is beyond stupid. These kids are too impaired to even know how embarrassed they should be.

    1. What do you mean? He was a wonder person. He had a great relationship with his family, had lots of friends, volunteered at the church and worked 75 hours a week at the local animal shelter. He was truly a saint and had absolutely no criminal history or involvement. He was at the park that night teaching a free CPR class to everyone in the neighborhood. He was assassinated by someone who was jealous of all his accomplishments and accolades.

      1. Yeah I know, I heard he was an alter boy and every sunday went out and handed out blankets and food to the homeless. He was such a good boy, he wasn’t gettin gangsta wit it like Diddy, hahaha.

  2. Did I miss something? no where in the report does it say “he was a gang member” or “he was a known trouble maker” nor does it state ANY kind of weapon was found around him or even in the same park…. more then likely this kid was an innocent victim of people not knowing nor caring about how to shoot a fricking firearm.

  3. I know this kid and he was not a gang member. He was a polite good kid. My grandsons best friend. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The police have not said he was carrying a gun. This group of kids would hang out almost daily at my house and play games. This young man spent a lot of time with his grandparents. This was a child, 15. People please wait to hear the whole story before assuming the worst. May God Bless lil Manny and his family.

    1. So yes doesn’t define he was a troubled child but seems to me that he was a scared one. Sad our world has come to everyone carrying guns over kids being stupid with them. Scared children shot instead of fight. How sad. When a 15 and 14 year old are buying guns there’s a problem. My condolences to the family of the deceased child.
