Albuquerque – APD Officers are currently negotiating with a man in a pickup truck who is refusing to be arrested. The vehicle is in the driveway at a home on Mountain Rd at Manzano NE. The man is alleged to have a felony warrant for his arrest.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
UPDATE:
Police obtained an arrest warrant for the barricaded suspect, and APD’s SWAT Unit has taken over the incident to take the man into custody.
Update 2:
At 4:05 PM, the suspect was successfully and safely taken into custody.
