The jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Fransisco Espinoza Almeida, Jr., presided over by Judge Cindy Leos in Courtroom 420, is scheduled to take place on August 25, 2025, at 8:30 AM, and will continue daily at 9:00 AM from August 26 through August 29, 2025.

Richard Eugene Cooley
Case Number: D-202-CR-2023-02287
- Felony Sexual Offenses
Judge Joseph A. Montano will preside over the jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Richard Eugene Cooley, which is scheduled to begin in Courtroom 338 on August 25, 2025, at 8:30 AM, and continue at 9:30 AM on August 26 and 27, 2025.

The jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Joshua Eli Dickens, presided over by Judge Clara Moran in Courtroom 402, is scheduled to begin on August 25, 2025, at 8:30 AM.
Courts presume that the defendant is innocent unless and until the prosecution secures a conviction through due process.
