APD Investigating Shooting at Cinnamon Tree Apartments

Around 9:05 PM, shots rang out at the Cinnamon Tree Apartments, which is near Central and Alcazar.

When APD arrived on scene, they purportedly found a female victim with a gunshot wound to the arm and a male victim with a reported gunshot wound to the upper back.

Two ambulances are transporting both gunshot victims to a local area hospital. When he was transported, the male victim reportedly was in critical condition.

Drivers may see eastbound Central at Alcazar closed while APD investigates this shooting. This is a very active scene. Please avoid the area.
