Albuquerque – Minutes after 1:40 AM on Sunday, October 26th, a shooting was reported in the area of Acoma and Indiana. Albuquerque Fire Rescue was dispatched to a person who was unconscious.

Upon arrival, police located one individual who’d been shot. They were reportedly transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their exact condition is not known. As of 2:20 AM, they underwent surgery for their injuries.

APD Officers were actively searching for the offenders.

APD’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit (GVRU) will be investigating this incident.
