The Albuquerque Police Department’s Motor Unit has been called out to Claremont Ave NE and San Mateo Blvd NE for a near-fatal motor vehicle crash that reportedly involved a bicyclist.

Officers from APD and rescue crews from Albuquerque Fire were called out at 3:58 PM for the accident.
APD’s sworn PIO, Detective Chase Jewell, said the pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries.
We were at this location at 6:20 PM, APD officers were still investigating and had streets blocked off.
