The SWAT team is on scene trying to negotiate with the individual to surrender peacefully.
Streets in the area might be blocked due to this ongoing police activity.

If they can have pizza how badly was the swat team really needed? Not to mention all the other resources that were there at that scene. I’m all for getting those that need to be got but let’s try and do it a bit more resource minded.
Always here man there is never a cop around when you need one. Well here is a good example of why one isn’t around. Not for lack of funding or for lack of staffing. It’s a mismanagement of those resources that are available.
Deploying SWAT for dumb shit like this boosts their non lethal stats, which is why the city does it. Creates a false image.
