  1. They will all be plead down to involuntary everything. This da tries his very best to charge the minimum – pleas it down. If you actively follow the outcomes of most cases we are looking at about 10 years max for murder. While the da says he wants to be tough on crime – he’s trying to change the laws so that someone under the age of 25 can be tried like a juvenile- that’s right. A 24 year old kills you and da wants him sentenced like a child – (8) years max. Think I’m lying ? Do yourself and the community a favor – educate yourself about what a low like da this guy is and demand better for yourselves. Me, I only live in ABQ because I have businesses here – it’s not my home and never will be. Mostly due to incompetence and stupidity of the residents and the city. I have money, I can afford to leave and will – it’s you guys I feel bad for. Phoenix wasn’t this bad, Vegas wasn’t great but at least they tried, I genuinely feel bad for Albuquerque residents. You literally have the worst of the worst – but it’s also a wildly uneducated class of people who keep voting against their own self interest. That’s sad.
