Critical Injury Motorcycle Crash Reported Near Unser and Ladera

Albuquerque –

The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating a crash involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck that left at least one person critically injured on the city’s West Side.

Around 2:30 PM, officers responded to the crash that occurred in the area of Ladera Dr. and 72^nd St. NW, which is east of Unser Blvd.

The motorcycle rider was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area. APD’s Motors Unit has been called out to conduct an investigation.
