ALBUQUERQUE – APD detectives are investigating Wednesday’s deadly shooting at a Walmart parking lot as a possible justifiable homicide that started as a road rage incident on I-40.
The surviving men who were involved told detectives the road rage started Wednesday on westbound I-40 between the driver of a black Dodge Charger and the driver of a white pickup truck that was pulling a trailer. An additional smaller white pickup with the driver’s father and brother was following the larger truck on I-40. All three vehicles exited the freeway at Coors Blvd. and entered the parking lot at Walmart, located at 2550 Coors.
The driver of the Charger, later identified as Terrence Lowe, got into an argument with the driver of the white truck, Angelino Gonzales. The confrontation turned physical and shortly after, a fourth vehicle arrived. The driver of that vehicle, was later identified as Terrence’s brother Kendall Lowe. Kendall exited his vehicle armed with a handgun and pointed it at Angelino and his father, Timothy Gonzales, and brother, Alex Gonzeles. The Gonzales men ran and hid behind the small truck as Kendall Lowe took cover behind the large truck. He later told detectives he fired his gun.
Terrence Lowe got into his black Charger and drove through the parking lot, made a U-turn, and drove back toward the three men at a high rate of speed. He struck Timothy and Angelino Gonzales, pinning them against the truck. Alex Gonzales, who had armed himself after Kendall Lowe shot at him, ran to the passenger side of the Charger and fired several rounds into the car, striking Terrence Lowe.
Terrence Lowe then exited the car and ran toward the Walmart, but he collapsed and died in the parking lot near a cart corral as a result of his gunshot wounds. After the shooting, Kendall Lowe ran toward Alex Gonzales and struck him with his handgun and the two men started fighting.
International Protective Services armed security guards from WalMart arrived and detained all the men until police eventually arrived.
APD officers and firefighters were able to put the Charger in reverse and free the two trapped men who were pinned between the vehicles. Both men were then transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Terrence Lowe was also transported to the hospital to be checked for injuries.
Based on the preliminary investigation, which included surveillance and phone videos of the incident, detectives are investigating the shooting as a possible justifiable homicide. Detectives will continue to work with the District Attorney’s Office to determine whether charges will be filed for the homicide.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant today for Kendall Lowe, who is 32, based on his role in the shooting. He is charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of battery with a deadly weapon.
How many more justifiable homicides until the message gets across, that if you fuck around with “average civilians” then you’re going to absolutely find out like this idiot and his (very dead) idiot brother learned the hard way; not to go off wilding like they’re the main characters and no one else matters.
Everybody’s a main character in their own world the fight between Terrence and the Gonzaleses started before Kendall showed up the only reason Terrence made a U-turn was because he was pointed at with a gun before hand that’s why Kendall shot
Punctuation is your friend. If you’re trying to defend Terrance it won’t work. He used an automobile as a weapon. Should have left when he had the chance. Terrance bled out in a parking lot. One dead thug.
For maximum societal efficiency, both would have succumbed to their wounds.
Perfectly stated.
How many priors?
Another cretan of the RAP music dumbass clan!

¡NM’S Ghetto Mentality=Instant KARMA..It’s the wild wild west, FUCK THE POLICE..BE YOUR OWN HERO!
The investigation is typical APD incompetence. The only one dead did not have a gun nor did he critically injured anyone. The Gonzales’s must have close ties to city’s internal crime family at City Hall. What happen on the Interstate that caused everyone into the parking lot. Pre-meditated,…
Nigger slammed his car into the dude. Pretty sure that means he deserved every bullet and maybe a few extra.
