East Central is beyond help. The Mayor is promoting his Route 66 cleanup effort only because it’s an election year. He thinks 45 days of law enforcement will fix the problem. Wake up Albuquerque, he should have been doing this for the last 7 1/2 years. Go pack sand Timmy.
¡I agree..too little too late!
How come people keep voting for more of the same?
The Journal says 29% of adults in NM are illiterate–they read no better than a middling second-grader. That was two years ago. We’ve probably hit 30% by now.
Guess how these people vote? D e m o c r a t.
I bet it’s closer to 70%. 16 years ago, most of the kids in a college English 101/102, couldn’t read or write above the 3rd grade. I realized that most NM’s are stupid, but schools go out of their way to keep them stupid. The teachers didn’t care, they enabled and kid gloved them. Every response to accountability was enabling, and all they care about is their paycheck.
Out of six classes I graded, only two papers were in a proper MLA format. The reading levels of these adult children, was just as bad. It was painful to listen to class after class of students who could barely read above 1st grade, and have to sound words at grade school level. Every single so called educator all yelps the same thing: “Meh, well maybe they have a reading disability.” The whole F- ing state!? 90% of the students!?
Then they want to blame being poor, or that it’s cultural that women marry, breed, and shack up with men who think work and following the law is optional. The public schools should be sued. The dems and their voters are a pestilence and plague to every man, woman, child, and animal.
That is the question for Albuquerque all the dang time.
Eventually, enough 65-75 year old democrat hippies will stop voting. The people that have to make a living in this town will outnumber the remaining democrats that vote for more welfare.
I agree with you 100% election year and a 45 day plan? I don’t understand why is was only 45 days and not 24/7 after all it is a Police Deparment.
Here I thought it was a slow day have a safe weekend
No such thing as safe in Tomorrow Land.
