Albuquerque –
Homicide detectives from the Albuquerque Police Department are investigating multiple scenes related to an overnight shooting that resulted in the death of one individual and gunshot wounds to at least one other person.
One of APD’s numerous PIO’s stated “details are limited as detectives investigate three different scenes related to the shooting, which took place shortly after midnight in the area of 557 Tramway Blvd. NE”
One victim of the shooting was located a few blocks away at Copper Ave NE and San Jacinto Ave NE. This individual was subsequently transported to a hospital, where they died from their injuries.
A second victim of the shooting has been admitted to another hospital, sustaining gunshot wounds. However, authorities state these wounds do not appear to be life-threatening.
Additionally, officers responded to another location in the North Valley that may be connected to individuals involved in the shooting.
APD says the investigation is still active. Further information will be released as the investigation progresses and detectives gain additional insights into this shooting.
This is the seventh homicide of 2025.

Thinking it would be a good idea for you to spend some time at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen, talk to these folks, learn their stories, be reminded they are human. Also most of them are US citizens. Immigrants are too busy working at jobs.
