Albuquerque –
28-year-old Brianna Rose of Albuquerque kicked off her Black Friday holiday shopping season with a trip to jail for trying to bribe an Albuquerque Police Officer with a $20.00 sexual act in exchange for being let go free.
Albuquerque Police Officers were called to the Sandia Toyota located at 10401 Copper Ave NE in regards to Rose trespassing onto the dealership property. It appeared Rose was not at the store to participate in Toyotathon and buy herself a new vehicle. When officers arrived, they found Rose on the property, and she refused to leave. When officers tried to identify her, Rose gave a false identity of a twin sister that did not exist.
APD officers detained her and the complaint said Rose told officers “I will give you whatever you want if you let me go, you can have the twenty dollars,” said Rose. She continued to offer money, and at one point stated, “you can have whatever you want” in a seemingly sexually suggestive manner.
It should be noted the officers responding to the call make at least $35.00 an hour plus benefits. Losing their job and benefits for a $20 sex act was not enough to tempt these responding officers enough to fall for Rose’s tactics.
Rose was booked into MDC on an outstanding warrant, trespassing, concealing identity, and bribery of a public official.
Sounds like she really like Toyotas.
Poor Rose! The pain of rejection has to be harsh.
She was just booked in October for some other charges.
Arrested October 3rd and again November 14th for Felony drug possession. And now this. Street drugs in Albuquerque are destroying this city.
Politicians are fueling the drug business in ABQ because they have special interests. There is little hope for the city.
I don’t see a problem if the people use their drugs in private, but if they’re lying passed out on a city sidewalk…….! The only thing I can compare that to is San Francisco’s Tenderloin, but the courts recently said they can clear the encampments out. Unless the same thing happens in Abq every day will be the same day I’m afraid.
Sadly, ABQ politicians won’t take advantage of the court’s ruling.
They used to publish the names of the JOHNs in the newspaper. That would be a lot more interesting! But then again pain they probably don’t arrest the men, do they ?!
