Crazy Driver Ejected from Single Vehicle Crash, Driver in Critical Condition

Albuquerque –

On July 13, 2024, at around 12:00a.m. APD’s Fatal Crash Team was dispatched to the intersection of McMahon and Kayenta NW in response to a serious injury crash involving a single vehicle. A preliminary investigation indicated that a blue 2006 Chevrolet Pickup was traveling eastbound on McMahon at a high rate of speed.

Witnesses stated that the vehicle was overtaking others and entering opposing traffic lanes. At one point, the Chevrolet lost control, crossed a median, and rolled over multiple times into the southeast corner of the intersection.

The driver of the Chevrolet was ejected from the vehicle and sustained serious critical injuries. He was transported to UNMH and remains in critical condition. High speed and reckless driving appear to be contributing factors in this case.

    1. I’m aware the driver put others in danger, but that “piece of shit” was a friend and a bright student in high school, one mistake had costed him his life and his family and friends spent weeks praying for any signs of recovery, with no prevail. He officially passed today, it was hard being there and watching his most loved ones struggle to keep their composure in the hospital. I would also like to note that at the intersection he crashed at, there is a sudden bend in the road heavily swaying right, and in the dark if you are not very careful, you can end up going straight into the opposing lane. I believe this is what happened and in a sudden reaction to get back into the correct lane, he jerked the wheel right, going over the intersection and hitting the side of the road which would cause the heavy impact and rolling that occurred after. One mistake, and he was gone.

      1. Anyone foiled by a common street intersection should not have been behind the wheel in the first place. Stupidity should be painful, so Darwin rejoices and so do I. The delicate sensibilities of his friends and family are of no concern to me.
Also… “had costed?” “With no prevail?” Clearly an APS grad, LOL.

I hope to God, you or any of your family members are never in a situation like this. Lucky for you, you can hide behind a screen and be the keyboard warrior you are.

          1. I don’t give a fuck if you or any of your family members live or die, kiddo. Your “God” doesn’t either.
Such is the privilege of intelligence and enlightenment.

        2. Ahhh did I strike a nerve sweetheart?? “Such is the privilege of intelligence and enlightenment”. Who hurt you? Seriosuly bud. Seems the only “kiddo” in this conversation is you. You keep being the keyboard warrior you are and save the world one stroke at a time, Hero!

  1. Bro I’m not here to write an essay dawg I sincerely dont give a flying fuck how many grammatical errors I’m making . And you do realize the driver was likely being careless and reckless at the time, which is why I was explaining it as a mistake, one night of stupid decisions which led to his death. You don’t know or care for shit except the “Crazy Driver” view on this article. The guy was likely going through something and led to a night of stupidity and carelessness, A NIGHT. Not a lifetime of this shit. But damn have fun arguing with fucking teenagers on here and defending the fact that a high school seniors death was justified in this case. Fucking scumbag, LOL.

    1. The voice of a new generation, ladies and gentlemen! No wonder this city, state and nation are such shitholes.
At least there’s an excellent chance that, based on the utter lack of intelligence displayed so clearly above, you’ll also do something stupid and die young. Rest assured that no one who matters will miss you.
