Serial Pervert on the Loose, Man Exposed Himself to Women and Children

Albuquerque –

Timothy Riha has a felony warrant for Aggravated Indecent
Exposure and Voyeurism. On 5/12/2025, he entered the H&M clothing store, located at the
Coronado Mall, and proceeded to the fitting rooms where he stood in front of a 7-year-old girl
and masturbated. He then entered the Hollister store where he proceeded to the fitting rooms and
took video of 2 women who were both naked in the fitting rooms.

On that evening, we received another report of Timothy entering the Target at 6100 Paseo Ave NE. He again proceeded to the fitting room where he held his cell phone over one of the fitting room doors. A female juvenile was in the fitting room changing her clothes.

On 5/15/2025, Timothy was seen at the Cottonwood Mall at the Famous Footwear, where he exposed himself to a woman.

Timothy may be driving a blue Mazda 3 bearing CA license plate 8GYC249.
