The Albuquerque Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is currently investigating a scene near Trumbull and Pennsylvania. Details are still limited, but what we heard on scene is that a gunshot wound victim was transported to the hospital, and they have life threatening injuries.
APD police units were in front of an mini RV and it is unclear where the event happened. This area had a homicide at a nearby apartment complex in January of this year.
We will update this story as more information becomes available.
This would be the 22nd homicide in the Albuquerque Metro area for 2023.
