Law Enforcement Headquarters, Albuquerque – Today Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen held a press conference going over events which led up to the first deputy involved shooting of his new administration. Sheriff Allen was very clear that he is frustrated with the current laws which are allowing violent repeat offenders to roam our streets.
