The Albuquerque Police Department is making a push to unite neighborhoods across the city to enhance community safety.

To achieve this, APD is launching a public survey aimed at gathering crucial information on community trust, safety needs, and how best to connect with residents.

This is your chance to have your voice heard. The survey asks important questions about your willingness and ability to participate in community meetings, and if not, how APD can best engage with you.

“We want to be transparent about where we stand and understand how the community views our department and safety in the city,” said Chief Harold Medina. “We’ve made significant progress, but we know that building trust is an ongoing effort.”

The survey is open until September 6, and your input is vital. You can access the survey here. You can also use your smartphone’s camera to scan the QR code below to be taken to the survey.

We strongly encourage everyone to fill out the survey honestly, and help APD figure out what they are doing well and where they can improve.
