A jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Bryant Enow Anyangwe (Case No. D-202-CR-2024-03105) is scheduled to take place on October 14, 15, and 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM each day in Courtroom 338, presided over by Judge David A. Murphy.

- Tampering with Evidence (Highest Crime a Capital, First or Second Degree Felony)

Judge Brett R. Loveless presided over the continued jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Daniel Lee Hadders Jr. This case was continued over from last week.
A jury found Hadders guilty on Tuesday.
Courts presume that the defendant is innocent unless and until the prosecution secures a conviction through due process.
