Albuquerque, NM –
The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office urgently seeks the public’s help in finding 19-year-old Josef Toney, who escaped from the Youth Services Center around 1:30 PM on May 25, 2024.
Josef Toney faces multiple serious charges, including two counts of murder, armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, child abandonment or abuse, and tampering with evidence.
The community is urged to stay alert and report any sightings or information about Josef Toney’s location. Do not approach him, as he is considered dangerous. If you have any information, please call 911 immediately.
The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the incident and collaborating with other law enforcement agencies to apprehend the escapee as quickly as possible.
